COMPETITIVE

• The Competitive group is the most advanced and committed group and is by Invitation Only.
• Participants in this group will practice no less than 3 days a week and up to as many as 5 days a week.
• The goal of this group is to prepare divers for high level competition at USA Diving and AAU sanctioned Regional, Zone and National Championship level meets.
• Team members will dive on both 1 meter and 3 meter springboards as well as platform.  

EXPECTATIONS:​​ DIVER MUST BE ABLE TO DO OR MUST BE WORKING TOWARD THE FOLLOWING:

• 1 voluntary and 1 optional dive in all 5 groups (AKA a dive and a flip in all 5 categories)
• Commit to compete in all local and travel meets as decided by the team.
• Commit to being on time to all practices especially dryland warm-ups.
• Acquire all team gear (Suit, T-Shirt, Shorts and Jacket)

• 3 times per week - $160 per month
• 4 times per week - $190 per month
• 5 times per week - $200 per month
